Services to help you get the most out of your experience with CCB

You love convenience, and we love providing you with convenient services. CCB offers numerous services, both free and fee-based, to help round out your banking experience with us.

Have questions about any of the services below? Contact or stop by your nearest CCB office to learn more.

Free Services

Direct Deposit- set up direct deposit to have your paychecks, retirement income or Social Security checks deposited directly to your CCB account. Forms are available at our offices for state and federal enrollment. Take advantage of this convenient service today!

Telephone Banking- no internet access? You can still access your CCB accounts with Telephone Banking by calling 1-866-875-4022. You can check account balances, hear account history, transfer funds, make payments, change your PIN, or speak to a CCB representative during business hours.

Night Deposit- can’t make it to the bank during the day? Use our Night Deposit Service to make deposits. Simply fill out the deposit envelope that we provide you, place your deposit in it and slide it into the night drop. Commercial customers can use convenient night drop bags to make deposits.

Visa® Check Card- make purchases without the need to carry cash or your checkbook. The Visa Check Card can be used for both in-store and online purchases, as well as at ATMs.

ATM Locations- when only cash will do, head to any of our convenient drive-up ATMs:

  • 800 North Mecklenburg Avenue, South Hill, Virginia

  • 4200 Gasburg Road, Gasburg, Virginia

  • 581 Madison Street, Boydton, Virginia

  • 778 Old Farm Road South, Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina

Bank-By-Mail- making deposits from home or the office is easy with Bank-By-Mail. Simply call 866-763-3508 to request an envelope. Once you receive it, place your deposit inside and mail back to us.

Same-Day Credit- do you really need your deposited funds to be available the next business day? Our extended business cut-off times -- 6:00 p.m. or branch closing, whichever is earlier -- allow you more time to make deposits for funds that you need available quickly. Some restrictions may apply. Not all deposits are available for immediate credit.
